Scifiology is a fan-based website for everything that is Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Horror in the Nashville area and beyond. But it’s not exclusively for Nashvilians and mid Tennesseans. Anyone from anywhere can join and participate. If you love the genre and want to be part of this project then your more than welcome to join. As for the name Scifiology some say I copied it from other sites but actually when I first started it no one except one other that I knew of was using it.I just thought it was a great name to name a Sci-Fi web site. You see I have been calling people like us scifiologist since way before 2009 when I converted my old site M8-2.com into Scifiology.  It is that name scifiologist that led me to name this site. Strange we used to be labeled as nerds, geeky, different, and now it’s mainstream and cool to really be into sci-fi, comics, fantasy and horror. What is a label anyway but to put people into little boxes of our own creations? To me most people into this genre are creative, imaginative, lovely, and genuinely kind souls that look to the future and what it can hold for mankind and themselves. Thats why I created this site back then and brought it back after two years or so. Scifiology is meant to be for the fans and hopefully a place where they can be themselves. My goal is not to make money but to create an environment where people can share, discuss, be informed with the latest in the industry and be entertained. It’s about the fans and nothing more. It’s not perfect but hopefully it will be perfect for what it is suppose to do and that is hopefully bring people together that are into Sci-Fi, horror and fantasy genres.
