Sci Fi Wire reported on the new Flash Goron movie . It will not be a remake, a reboot, a cheesy campy movie like the one done in the 1980’s. It will be a movie based off the original comics written by Alex Raymond that will be made by Director Breck Eisner. Eisener sid that he manage to get Sony onboard for this and oh yea and it will also be in 3D. He admits that the budget may not be as big as his dream version of the film may call for but he did promise to make the best movie that he can with the budget he has.
“It’s a movie that is in no way a remake or a re-imagining or a reboot of the ’80s version or the serial version,” Eisner told SCI FI Wire. “No Queen [music]. It is not camp in any way. We’re going back to the original Alex Raymond [comic strip] scripts and imagining if he were living today, what would those strips be like?”
